Everything you need to know before saying yes to the dress—find answers to our most frequently asked questions and feel fully prepared for your unforgettable experience at Hailey Nicole Bridal.
Our appointments themselves are free of charge. However, we do require a credit card on file at the time of booking to cover our 48 hour, $50 cancellation fee. Your card will not be charged if your appointment time is kept.
Our bridal appointments are 90 minutes. Mothers appointments are 60 minutes.
Four plus the bride, we do make exceptions in certain circumstances, please call for approval.
Our gowns range in price from $2000-$14,000. The majority of our gowns fall within the range of $2,500-$4,000.
Many of our gowns are made-to-order, meaning each dress is made by hand for the individual bride upon purchase. This process takes up to six to nine months. In addition, alterations can take an additional one to three months. Therefore, we recommend you start your dress shopping 12 to 9 months before your wedding date. If you are a bride with a tighter timeline, we can still help you find your dream dress. Many of our designers offer expedited shipping, typically two to five months. Need the dress quicker? Brides with a shorter time-frame may also choose to purchase a stock wedding dress directly from our inventory that can be brought home the day of purchase.
We recommend nude-colored undergarments. Please bring shapewear if you think you will wear it on your wedding day.
Most samples fit a clothing size 8-12. We clip in smaller brides and have extenders for those that are on the cusp. We do have plus size gowns as well.
